This Beautiful one bedroom/one bath is located close to Xavier University and is used mainly for visiting professors and staff that need to be close to campus but don't want to live among the students. When available it is offered to the general public for rental terms of 30+ days. It is fully furnished and includes off street parking, a large fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, high speed internet/WiFi, modern furniture, queen size bed with NEW BED LINENS EVERY GUEST, EVERY TIME.
Centrally located to everything important in the city, a fabulous value in quality at this price point. There are not a lot of shops or restaurants in walking distance but there is some of the best shopping, dining and entertainment within 5-10 minutes drive.
