Please turn out all lights upon exiting the unit, press and hold lock symbol on keypad and return keys to lock box upon exiting the building.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND/ NO EXCEPTIONS VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED UP TO $250 TO CARD ON FILE ! NO EXCEPTIONS!
