Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you use the Fire Pit you are responsible for cleaning the ashes out. You can put the ashes in either the white pot in the backyard or the black trash can.
All the towels and washclothes need to be placed in front of the washer and dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I choose this neighborhood because of the house. The house is so warm and inviting I couldn't pass on it. My neighbors are great, but the house is close to everything.
What makes this property unique
The property is unique because because I have customized it to feel like home. It offers privacy, and has a lot of character while at the same time being updated. Every single inch has been with a great consideration for the next guest that will stay at the property. You won’t feel like you’re in an Airbnb you feel like you’re at home… I love that.
