Very clean and easy access for a handicapped person to get in bathroom with walk-in/roll-in shower and handicap sink. Reported a leak they came a fixed same day.

The location of this property was perfect for all our family's vacation plans! We were able to easily get to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlenburg from the place we stayed at. Would definitely recommend for future travel!

Right when we walked in it was a charming little place with a lots of room.Very neat and clean. Love the settings in all the rooms and the walk-in showers were spacious. The beds were very comfortable with amazing pillows. :}The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. They had a little coffee bar fully furnished with coffee, creamers, sugar and disposable cups w/ lids and holders.I was extremely pleased to be in such a little cozy and clean setting with lots of room!Definitely see the family coming back... OH and my 2 year grandson found some toys too!!

I was impressed with this site and though we didn’t need it having a wheelchair Accessibility is a plus. The only thing I would say would be some of the beds were made but the there were crumbs and wrappers as if the bed was made without cleaning. But other than that I this was a great place to stay. Clean and organized

Close to Dollywood ad ADA Compliant

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect as Dollywood was the main reason of the visit and we got there in less than 5 minutes. There are three other units attached to the building but each have their own easy entrance and seems pretty quiet. I believe the other units were empty during our trip. There was a gas station and a couple food spots close by for easy food or drink needs. There are a total of three bedrooms. The first bedroom near the main front door is the ADA room with a full ADA shower and bathroom attached. The living room is comfy with spots to easily hold 4 people. The kitchen had everything you needed with a large table. The second bedroom was a regular room with a TV and dresser. The third bedroom has two queen beds with a TV. There is a shared bathroom between the second and third bedroom that has a walk in shower with seating. The owner was very informative and extremely easy to contact. We had messaged that we were getting into town early and inquired about early check in and was told it would be no problem and we were able to get in early. There were storms as we were checking in so wasn’t able to get photos but the photos in the description are 100% accurate and the unit is definitely newer. As I have an handicapped brother the ADA friendliness of this home was perfect and if we find ourselves in the area again will be using this again.

We enjoyed our stay and will book with them again. Owners went above and beyond for us when our trip started out a little rocky with one of our family getting sideswiped on the parkway - thankfully everyone was ok. The home was clean, pet friendly and we found we actually loved the location. Made it easy to get to either end or the middle of the parkway easily.
