This cozy condo was just perfect for our long weekend in Wells. Very responsive host, convenient and quiet location, very clean, comfortable and well-appointed unit. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

The property was clean and nicely decorated. Great location and quiet neighbors. We enjoyed watching the sunrise with coffee in the outside seating. The host was easy to communicate with and prompt. Great little find for the location.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very cute, clean and close to everything. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Having the outside patio was a nice perk! We spent most of our time out there. I would stay here every time I visit Wells. The host was quick to respond to my questions which I appreciated. The condo complex was very quiet.

This is a wonderful property very close to the beach, easy access and very convenient to shopping and the sites of the area. Highly recommended. The condo is exceptionally tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. Very pleasant and communicative host. Would rent again!

This was the perfect little condo for a getaway. It's driving (or walking) distance to multiple beaches and restaurants in Wells. The kitchen was well supplied with anything we could need. Our host was quick to communicate and kind. Everything was spotless and cozy. The AC kept the evening humidity low, and we were so comfortable.

This condo was a 100 out of 10! It truly was the most perfect spot for my girls weekend with my mom and sister. It was big enough that we didn’t feel cramped and Maureen David thought about every little detail to make the place so amazing. The location was perfect to downtown the beach. And lastly, Maureen David were the absolute best hosts. We 100% can’t wait to come back again!!

This was the perfect accommodation for me, my wife, and my son. The property is newly renovated and very clean. Beds are quite comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. We took our bikes to the beach each day (about a mile ride). We had dinner at the brewery (next door) one night, and at Billy's Chowder House (short walk) another night. We already told the Owner we'll be back next year.

Would stay again!Having mobility issues this was perfect. Had a reclining chair! Walk in shower with a small lip to get into. WiFi was great. Bath towels were so soft! Kitchen fully filled with pans, cookie sheet, large mixing bowls with cups, etc. lots of pots etc. We loved the porch area. Played games out there in the evenings. Thank you for taking such care of the property.
