Perfect place to stay for the weekend! We were in town for a cycling event and having a pool for post ride was awesome! We enjoyed catching up over meals at the kitchen table! The house has some “different” architecture…I’m guessing it may have been the first house in the neighborhood area and was built up around. It seems to have been added on to a time or two, but it works well for the lot it is on. It was well appointed, clean and tidy! All I could ask for! Thank you for sharing the “Pearl house” with us!

Please be more specific regarding the cleanliness of the property. You did not tell us if any issues during your stay, and we would like to make sure to do better in the future. We have been in this business for 10 years, and cleanliness has not been a concern of guests. Without more detail, I think that you may have an issue that you have not listed here. Certainly, there one would think that if the property was not clean, you would have mentioned that and asked for a partial refund. Also, thank you for alerting us to the shortage of forks. Without guests telling us issues, it’s difficult to do better. Again, anxiously awaiting your response regarding the cleanliness of the property.
