About this property

A beautiful new home, in one of Ogunquit's most sought after locations.

Our brand new beach house is centrally located between the center of town and Perkins Cove in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from the beach and the Marginal Way. Just bring your bathing suites, we have everything else for a wonderful beach vacation. Park your car and walk to dinner, the movies, the beach, and shopping, or grab the trolley at the end of the street for a fun ride to town or the main beach.
The house was designed with entertaining in mind. It includes an open concept first floor with a custom designed kitchen including quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The family room has cable TV and a gas fireplace to relax and enjoy some down time. The first floor master bedroom includes an on-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs includes 2 more bedrooms and a shared bath with a tub and shower combination. There is also a desk in one bedroom with wireless internet for those that need a quiet place to do a little work while away. Central air throughout the house and internet included. Full laundry facilities on the first floor. There are 2 outdoor patio areas, one with a grill and outdoor dining table.
Ogunquit has so much to do and explore. The Marginal Way is a wonderful trail that hugs the rocky Ogunquit coast and offers a breathtaking view of Ocean and the beautiful coastline. It also provides an alternative path to center of town, the main beach , and Perkins Cove. Perkins Cove is a wonderful place to have lobster while sitting by the cove, watching the surf or the boats passing under the drawbridge.. After dinner don't forget a walk to the ice cream or candy shops. Or head in the other direction towards town and have dinner in one of the many restaurants along the way. There are cafes as well as fine dining restaurants all along the walk to town as well as shops and boutiques. If you are looking for entertainment outside of downtown, The Ogunquit Playhouse, one of the last remaining summer theaters, opens its doors and May and produces live musical theatre until December.

This home is an ideal place. It is well apportioned with everything, hosts are friendly and helpful, and the location can’t be beat. Very close to Marginal Way, Downtown Ogunquit, Perkin’s Cove, and anywhere else you might want to go.

Perfect Location In Ogunquit

Close enough to walk to the 'Marginal Way', Perkins Cove and downtown Ogunquit. We have stayed two years in a row, and this place is very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a beautiful outdoor space! We would love to return again, and highly recommend this property to others.

Wonderful Vacation

This is the third time my family has stayed at this lovely house in the heart of Ogunquit. The house is well maintained, fully stocked and within walking distance to the center of town, beaches (including Marginal Way and the little beach) and all the great restaurants. Fantastic Property

This is the second year my family has had the privilege to stay at this wonderful property. The property is well maintained, clean and very comfortable. It is centrally located next to Perkins Cove, beach, town center and playhouse. The full kitchen and grill make it easy to cook and enjoy family time. A charming house by the sea

Leave your car in the driveway almost all the week! Near the ocean, the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and Ogunquit shops and restaurants. One may walk all those places easily! You may as well stay home in the garden under the shade of the trees or in the house which offers all the amenities. A memorable week!

Beautiful Property Which is Centrally Located

This house is centrally located in a very safe and quiet area with the Ogunquit town center, playhouse, restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. The house is stunning (even better than the pictures) with a great open concept first floor (which is fantastic for families). The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook all meals and having a grill was an added bonus. The bedrooms are really nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. They even provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and a cooler if you forget something. My family and I highly recommend this lovely property and we will be coming back for years to come.

❤️Heart of Ogunquit❤️

Our family spent a week at this lovely home at the end of May. It was warm, welcoming, and extremely comfortable. Our home away from home was stocked with all of the essentials. Upon our arrival, our hosts provided us with coffee, creamer, fruit, and cookies, which we really appreciated. Outside, the deck provided a quiet spot to sip some coffee, watch the birds, or gather for conversation. The location of this home made it easy for us to walk to Perkins Cove, the Marginal Way, the village of Ogunquit, and the Ogunquit Playhouse. Our hearts were happy staying in this awesome home! ❤️

This impeccably kept home is in the perfect location to explore Ogunquit, Maine. The Owners have provided everything you need for a flawless vacation stay. Beaches, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. The layout of the home was perfect for the 5 adults in our party. The interior finishes and furnishings are tasteful and functional. The outside provides a comfortable and private place to relax in a beautifully landscaped property. The Owners went the 'extra mile' in providing additional amenities like coffee beans, cold drinks in the fridge, fresh fruit and snacks for our arrival. When we return to Ogunquit, this will be the property we would rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach house ! It is a beautiful home with all top grade amenities. We had plenty of room for our family of five . The extra half bath made it easier for all of us to get ready each day. Michelle went the extra mile and provided fruit, coffee ,tea and drinks in the refrigerator !! She made sure we had everything we needed. The house is very convenient to town and just around the corner from the Marginal Way, which is beautiful. The house is in a great location to take day trips to Kennebunkport, Portsmouth, NH, and the Nubble lighthouse in York. Ogunquit is wonderful. We really loved it and would definitely return

Everything about this home is perfect! I can't say enough about this amazing property ... very clean, modern kitchen, nice appliances, comfortable beds. Wonderful outside space - quiet and private. The yard gets the perfect balance of sun / shade. We had coffee on the porch every morning and we ate every meal outside on the patio. To top it off, the location is central to everything! With three kids (12, 10, 7) were able to walk everywhere - the main beach, little beach, the shops and restaurants, and Perkins Cove. The owners thought of everything! The little things that made our stay more pleasant really added up. They provided coffee / tea, tokens for one ride on the trolley, beach towels, bath towels, sheets, beach toys, toilet paper, soap, an extra toothbrush, etc. We are very particular about where we stay and we often cannot wait to get back to the comforts of our own home after a week vacation. This was not the case here! We loved it so much and felt so at home we did not want to leave. We cannot wait to return next summer!

A perfect and peaceful ocean retreat!

Loved, loved loved our time at this cottage! This beautiful ocean retreat is in a wonderful and peaceful location next to a quiet park, yet in the most desirable part of Ogunquit. You can park your car and never drive again. There are several private cove beaches a 5 minute walk, right off the marginal way ( a beautiful ocean walk you can take to Ogunquit down town area and/or beautiful Perkins Cove for a meal or shopping/exploring). We also enjoyed walks to Ogunquit Beach-which is probably the most beautiful sand /dune beach in Maine. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The open concept provided a spacious area to hang out in and relax after a fun day. We enjoyed eating dinner at our favorite restaurant "Roost Bistro", which is less than a 5 minute walk away. I also love their breakfasts i.e. crab cake benedict (and they have a gluten free menu!). There is a new juice/smoothie place right across from Sea Chambers that was a wonderful stop on our way back from the beach. If you have little ones and want to go to Ogunquit Beach and don't want to walk, the trolley stop is a short walk/very convenient (or try the quieter/less busy cove beaches that are 5 minute walk and have life guards in the prime season). We come to Ogunquit frequently because of the wonderful beach,, cute/walkable town, good restaurants, and for the Ogunquit playhouse. Though we didn't visit the playhouse on this trip, we love their musical theater and find it the next best thing to broadway/NYC! The owner was very responsive and provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this delightful cottage and will be coming back to this jewel again!

Quiet, Convenient, Comfortable

Great place! I usually comment on positive points of a VRBO house and make critical comments on things to improve. I can't think of anything negative to say! Michelle met us here when we checked in and explained everything about the home. Gave us restaurant recommendations. There is also a large binder with everything about the house, menus, and things to do. Decor was beachy but not over the top. Lots of teal blue, sea green, and white. Comfortable beds, nice bedding and towels. Beautiful tile, vanities, and countertops in the bathrooms. Kitchen has lots of utensils (more than I have at home), cookware, dishes, leftover containers, foil, etc. Lots of counter space and large island in the kitchen. We were constantly duping our daily stuff on it. She even provided some welcome, coffee, cookies, and bananas. In the downstairs BR there was a basket of "Things You Forgot". Small sizes of lotion, body wash, shampoo, deodorant, razors, mouthwash, bandaids, toothpaste, emery boards, just to name a few. Nice outside seating areas which we were not able to use because it was too cool outside. Walking distance to Perkins Cove, downtown Ogunquit, Ogunquit Playhouse, and Marginal way. I would definitely stay here again and so should you. Much better than staying in a hotel room!

We love staying at this property. We can walk to everything even with a 5 year old. Michelle has everything you need for a super stay and the spaces fit our family perfectly. The whole place is super clean and comfortable. Hoping for a third year!
