We are only a few yards away from the main intra-coastal waterway. Others advertise great views…we are truly fortunate to have them!

Want to jump in the hot tub when you return from your dinner at one of the amazing restaurants on Atlantic Ave? Just a couple of app clicks during dessert and it will be steaming hot by the time your $6 Uber ride home is over. Bring your 60ft Viking or your 20ft flats boat. We have the room and a fully equipped brand new dock including brand new piling fenders and whips! FULLY ADJUSTABLE ULTRA-COMFORTABLE BEDDING
True to our desire to make all our guests feel at home, in our home, comfort is a very high priority!! We have made a huge investment in making our entire home live up to this standard for our friends and family. You will see this first hand when you come home from a long day at the beach or 20 miles off shore catching that 300LB swordfish or from an amazing dinner and drinks on Atlantic Ave and raise your feet and head just enough to get to ‘Zero Gravity’ in one of the fully adjustable King-sized beds. Or, you will snuggle up and watch tv (after the pillow fight) in one of the killer bunk beds!!! With (3) king beds, (2) full bunks and (2) twin bunks…we easily sleep 10 people! That’s assuming you don’t fall asleep on the luxurious, incredibly comfortable couch while you are watching a movie on the 75” 4K LED TV!

ONE-OF-A-KIND DINING EXPERIENCE
Dine indoors or venture out and soak in the amazing views from the pool deck as you feast at the gorgeous, gigantic, rustic, outdoor table (see pics and video) with 14 of your closest friends and family. This table was custom built with wood reclaimed from the original dock from this home. Just imagine all of the fishing fables and special memories!

BALCONY GYM WITH FRESH AIR AND JUMPING FISH
Get your days off to a great start with a cup of coffee and a quick workout overlooking the incredible waterfront and pool view from the 2nd floor balcony, which includes a well-equipped gym. Don’t be surprised if 50 mullet being attacked by a tarpon or barracuda fly out of the water in the middle of your 3rd set of curls!
