In a great location close to downtown with comfortable rooms and nice modern furniture and appliances. Host company was very helpful and responsive too! Will be my first choice on a future visit

Refreshing to see spices, salt and pepper etc oil, when every other place Do Not Leave Anything. Beds very nice, not the usual garbage mattresses like most other rentals. Decorations pleasant as well.

We enjoyed our weekend stay with our son and his family. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to get settled and relax during our trip. The accommodations included a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and was very clean. The property management team responded very quickly when we reached out and were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby with just about anything you need or want either down the road or just 12 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again if we’re back in the area.

Incredible Vrbo. The condo unit is what you see in all the photos. If you are planning any stay in Johnson City this is the place. Across the street from ETSU, down the street to downtown, Milligan University and the hospital. Only negative-more a FYI-it’s on the third floor and no elevator. So if someone with mobility issues it could be an issue. Great place!!
