False Advertisement

While the advertisement shows a picture of a beautiful terrace in City view and advertises an actual City view, the terrace ended up being locked for private events and our view was obstructed by walls. Upon check-in, there were guests arguing with the front office staff and the bathroom of our unit was missing screw caps on the toilet. For the price paid you would think it would be much "more" and a more satisfying experience.
