The host was great to work with ! The property was above our expectations. All our children had a wonderful time playing in the Brook. If you need to go to a function at Jay Peak I would totally recommend renting Ryan’s property it was so close and his family is amazing

The house is rustic and priced appropriately. This is not a 5 star hotel, it’s a 5 star rating for location to Jay, plenty of beds to sleep in, a great price and great communication from the hosts.

This property is not safe! It needs proper/sturdy/safe steps...with railings...to get into the rental. Also there is no security on the decks...drop offs of a few feet with nothing to protect or prevent a fall. Upon our arrival, had we had an immediately available, nearby property we would have changed on the spot.
