It is nestled just a 25-minute drive away from Jay Peak Ski Resort which offers the best skiing, a water park, indoor ice skating and dining options in the Northeast Kingdom. Additionally, Owls Head Ski Area in Canada is 40 minutes drive and Burke Mountain Ski Area in VT is a 55 minute drive. The house sits directly on Lake Memphremagog providing direct snowmobile access, ice skating, sledding, ice fishing and cross-country skiing in the winter and swimming and boating in the summer.

The space is designed for a few families or multi-generational get togethers. The house offers an open floor plan with ample space for everyone to enjoy. The lower level features a separate area where you can watch movies or catch a football game, and a wide selection of DVDs, puzzles, and games are available for your entertainment.
