Ride the bike path to mountain bike trails, to Canada, or to downtown Newport for ice cream at the infamous Tim & Doug's. Also access gravel & road cycling, snowmobiling, fishing, ice fishing, hiking, x-country skiing, & watersports. Or relax with lake views on the large screened in porch or by the firepit roasting smores. Also, only 30 minutes to amazing skiing at Jay Peak Resort.
