Moved up to the NEK after falling in love with the Skiing at Jay Peak. Originally from Massachusetts, but remote work allows me to venture and enjoy different places. Fell in love with this house and would love to share it with my guests. I am a former Army officer and always paying attention to details. Have run another Air BnB in the past and have always enjoyed going above and beyond for everyone.
Why they chose this property
The property is on a dead-end street with only 4 houses on the street. Each house has about 20 acres each. The complete privacy is something out of a Christmas Hallmark Movie.
What makes this property unique
The pond is stocked with rainbow and brook trout and as clean as can be.
