There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a king and one queen bed in the guest bedroom. All electric kitchen provides everything needed to cooking while on vacation and just staying in enjoying your unit. Open balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Shoreline Towers is centrally located within walking distance of 5+ restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shopping.

Enjoy a late night walk on our white sandy beaches and watch the moon light up the Gulf.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Destin Beach Fun!!

It was incredible!!! Loved the location and the view of the ocean from our condo. Beach was very convenient and the pool was perfect! We also took advantage of the weight room, pickleball courts and shuffle board. There were a couple of days that had double red flags so we rented a boat from Destiny and took a ride on the water to Crab Island and some other small islands. We also shopped at Harborwalk Village! The trip was wonderful!! ❤️🐬☀️🏝️🚤🛍️

AMAZING WEEK!

This location has the best entrance to the beach, the stay and the resort was wonderful. The rooms were perfect, the owner also had chairs reserved at the beach and they reserve those seats for you until you leave. This stay was by far one of the best and will definitely be coming back!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have always loved staying at Shoreline Towers. The friendly staff is most appreciated. However, this unit, 3044, is by far the least enjoyable one we have ever stayed in. This unit is in dire need of paint, bedroom 2 needs new carpet, bedroom 2 has a unusually small TV which needs to be replaced, curtains are soiled and in need of repair or replaced with the kind that has a drawstring for opening and closing. The whole unit needs an update in decor and furniture and the living room sofa has an unpleasant odor. It would be great to have a walk-in shower, mirrored walls replaced, light bulbs replaced with higher wattage, and a sign-in book/journal on a table in the foyer. I will return to Shoreline Towers in the future but not to this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shoreline Towers was a nice place. A bit outdated as far as decor goes but not bad all in all. The rooms were clean and the help was great. Chuck, our maintenance man was great. He also gave us tips on where to go while in town. The biggest complaint about the place were the TVs. They were basically computer monitors. One of the tvs couldn't even hook up a game system it was so old. Otherwise the place was great. Don't stay in tower 3 if you expecting to hear ocean waves. Close to the beach however. Only a parking long walk to the sand.

Reviewer Comments: I loved the location of the property, the parking was ample and the amenities such as the pool, fitness room and beach access were wonderful. The on site management was excellent. The condo 3044 was in need of updates. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. There was no toilet paper roll holder in the guest bathroom so the tp sat on the floor. The Mr. Coffee coffee maker was almost broken and you had to jimmy the coffee pot under the filter basket. The curtains were so old the blackout part was ripped and yellowed from possible nicotine from years ago when Grandma lived there. The recliner was super old and bore the imprint of how she sat on it. On a better note, The location was fantastic, close to the beach and you could see the beach from the condo balcony.
