Propane Provider: TOPS Propane after you booked the property, we will provide the number. This is the preferred provider due to reliability and competitive pricing. All you need to do is tell them the property address and tell them your tank is at whatever the gauge is at and you want it filling up. To fill that tank it can range from 350 to 690 that’s when it’s extremely low. Prices of the propane do fluctuate sometimes they are lower sometimes they are higher.
⸻
3. Monitoring the Propane Gauge • If not using the spa or pool heater, no frequent checking is required. • If using the spa or pool, it is recommended to check the gauge every 3 days to monitor usage. This helps the Guest understand how much propane is being consumed throughout the stay.
⸻
4. Rental Pricing Context
At our Nightly rental properties we typically charge a $50–$100 per night heating fee. Since this is a monthly rental, a flat nightly fee is not practical. For fairness, propane use is billed based on actual consumption, requiring the needle to match as the check-in level at checkout.
