Reconnect with loved ones in this family-friendly place located on the 1st floor. Cozy studio, across from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located close to ocean boulevard, beach and all main attractions.

The Space:
1st floor, efficiency unit, 1 bathroom, AC, flat screen TV, 2 queen beds. Sheets and linens provided.
*Pool access with wristbands
*Kitchenette equipped with all basics to prepare light meals
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.

Guest Access:
*Pool is currently open
*Only 1 parking spot available.
*Motorcycles are not allowed
*No mailbox for this location.
* Coin operated laundry room on the ground floor

Other Things to Note:
*Please review my house rules.
*Pets are NOT allowed.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
