About this property

Beautiful 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom in Medford with WiFi and AC

Come stay in this recently renovated, very comfortable space situated in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the Brooks Estate woods, just outside of Boston.

The house itself is a historical gothic cottage built in 1856 and is the 2nd oldest home in the area.

The space is within a historic single family home and both the bedroom and bathroom are 100% PRIVATE and separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance. The bedroom is soundproofed so it is very quiet.

There's a large room with a queen-size bed, dresser, mini-fridge, microwave, dining table, coffee/tea bar, and bay windows that let in a ton of light. (There is no full kitchen)

Other things to note
FYI The WiFi has been completely replaced with a new mesh network and the overall home bandwidth has been doubled as of 11/1/2023. The internet has been flawless since!

We stayed at this property for a World Cup soccer game in Boston. The property is essentially a nice hotel room at the back of an historic house. Very nice bathroom. Good, quiet neighborhood. Definitely need a rental car, but that was clear from the location and property description.

Very lovely property & host has thought of all needs of guests, including shampoos, facial wash, bottled water & extra bedding/towels. Very convenient to Tufts University Medford campus for any parents looking for an alternative to a hotel in the area. I did not have a car and getting an Uber at the property was always quick and easy. Very prompt & clear communications from the host.
