We loved our stay at the Apple Mountain house. We had a nice relaxing evening with a beautiful view, a lovely fire pit and wonderfully cozy deck. The home was very clean and had a lot of activities for adults and children. All questions were answered immediately when I asking the host. I would recommend four-wheel-drive to get to the location. Definitely would stay here again.
Spacious, well-equipped and uber-clean house with a gorgeous view of the Shenandoah valleys. You can't do better than this one. Highly recommended for a large group.
The house was beautiful!!! Clean and bright with an abundance of windows and an amazing view of mountains and valley!! We would definitely consider staying in this location again. My only concern in recommending this location is that the road to get to this home is a bit daunting.
The house was lovely, as was the view and amenities. The road in was precarious - it was very steep, dirt road with a sharp turn along the way down. The neighbors are very sensitive to noise, so if you want to enjoy the outdoor space in an evening, be mindful.

The home was nice and clean, and the Shenandoah Valley view was spectacular. But the listing should state that the home is at the end of a very steep, unpaved, hilly, rocky, bumpy dirt gravel road, and should only be accessed by a 4-wheel drive or AWD vehicle. Fortunately, that's what our family drives. Otherwise, the drive in the last mile to the home could be difficult for most cars. The kitchen had everything you'd need, except no garbage disposal. Beds were comfortable, and house had a nice play area for babies in the basement.
The house is beautiful and has all the appliances you could ever use. It had coffee and filters stocked in the pantry. Sheets and towels were high quality. There is a 50 charge to use the hot tub which was not stated in the description. The road coming into the property is very steep and luckily my SUV had 4 wheel drive for easy access.
