Offering maximum privacy, this property is not overlooked by neighbouring properties, ensuring guests will enjoy and experience one of the most exclusive villas in Kamala. Fresh towels are provided every 4 days. Full cleaning and change of linens/towels is included 1 time per week for stays of 7 days or more. A 5,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Electricity will be charged at standard government rate of 6 baht per kilowatt. Please note the the cost per day will depend how much you use the air conditioners, if you only use at night the approximate cost will be around 350-400 baht per day, if using all day & night the cost will be around 600-650 baht per day.
