Raceway Ranch is Sebring’s premiere stay for your group, family or couple that wants to get away! Located just 1 mile from the Sebring International Raceway this is the perfect place to stay for your race event or just 5 miles from downtown Sebring where HGTV just featured a massive town reno on “Hometown Takeover”. Float in the pool or spread out in this spacious 3000 sq ft home on 5 acres. With 5 bedrooms and 8 beds there is a ton space for everyone! Master suite features a massive walk in shower with a rainfall shower head and a double vanity. The home is comfortable and fresh and has a lot of natural light. Plenty of parking for a trailer as well! Home was remodeled in 2025 and is ready for relaxation!

Hi! I’m Matt Christian and I am a native Sebring resident! I am a local real estate broker and take much pride in our “little” town! This house is located so close to one of my favorite places in the world, the Sebring International Raceway! I know there aren’t many great lodging choices for groups and families here locally and wanted to provide a place that checks all the boxes! I think Raceway Ranch will do just that for you!
