While we do provide self-check-in instructions prior to arrival, we understand that after traveling, the process should feel simple and seamless. Regarding the cabin layout, we’re sorry if the photos created a different expectation. Some of our cabins do include lofted beds, while others feature a single queen layout. We truly regret any misunderstanding and will review how the unit is represented online to ensure it’s as clear as possible. As a glamping-style resort, our cabins are intentionally designed to offer a more unplugged and simplified experience, which is why they do not include TVs and are furnished minimally. That said, we understand that comfort expectations can vary, and we’re sorry this did not align with what you were hoping for. We also apologize that nearby dining options were limited at the time you arrived. We know that can be frustrating after a long day of travel. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us improve both communication and the overall guest experience.
