The home was absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful flooring throughout and into the 3 full baths, which appeared to be recently renovated with very nice fixtures and other touches. The kitchen was roomy, well-equipped, and had nice cabinets with granite countertops. There was plenty of room to spread out. The outside living area and pool was enjoyed by all! We would love to return in the future!

Just Perfect

Location is a short bike ride to the beach. Although we didn’t need, noticed the above and beyond extras the house provided: beach towels, quality chairs and floats. Add’l perks included a blower for the patio, large capacity washer and dryer, cordless stick vac and access to thru the garage. Outdoor patio areas were clean and debris free - many rentals usually neglect the cleanliness of the outdoor area. The housekeeping was super clean and landscaping was beautiful. Great hosts.

This home has everything you could imagine you would need. It was spotless inside and out. Pool was perfect. We had to call for service one time and they arrived in a couple hours. I would recommend this home for families 100 percent. It is a private community atmosphere and felt safe in this home away from home.

House is well laid out and we really liked the pool area. The bedrooms are plenty big and the bathrooms are nice. This house is a bit far from the beach. There is a trail nearby and if you have a bike it's not a bad ride. But I prefer to be closer to the beach so that I can simply walk. Sea Pines is a very quiet development. They do not allow motorcycles or e-bikes of any kind. There are two ways in and out so traffic can back up. But if you are able and willing to ride a bike, you can reduce time in the car. However, the trails can be crowded with both bikers and walkers.

For future guests, the closest beach access is located approximately 0.8 miles from the home, which is about a 15 minute walk or an easy 4–5 minute bike ride. One of the things guests love most about staying in Sea Pines is the island's extensive network of leisure trails. With more than 15 miles of paved paths, many visitors choose to bike throughout the resort instead of driving. It's a fun, scenic, and relaxing way to access the beach, Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, restaurants, and shops while avoiding seasonal traffic. Thank you again for your review.
