Newly fully renovated beach chalet. Updated with new beds, linens, Lounging couch, 65" LG TV in LR, two 55" in each King bedroom. Fully stocked CHEF kitchen with WOLF GAS Cook Top. Complimentary coffee bar! A backyard paradise with liquid propane Grill, outdoor seating for 8 under a covered gazebo with cafe lights. Catch some sun relaxing in the private backyard equipped with two sun beds.


3 bedrooms 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 King bed, and two twins Bunk beds ideal for kids. all Zinus memory foam mattresses.

kitchen: fully stocked kitchen with baking ware, blender. coffee bar: grinder, Keurig machine and k-cup coffee pods

2 separate work desks with chairs

Covered Gazebo with seating for 6+ and cafe string lightings around to enjoy the backyard space at night and two bed suns.

Smart Flat screens : 65" in LG living room, 55" in king bedrooms bedrooms. you need log in to your Netflix or streaming TV channels on your own subscription. the smart TVs have Internet connection and Roku built in.

For infants: pack and play, high chairs are available upon request and availability

Place was clean and inviting.outdoor areas looked inviting, unable to enjoy as weather was a bit chilly, but would be great area if warmer. The one thing that was bothersome , you can see through the blinds at night. Even though the property is well covered with beautiful trees, we could see in at night. Other than that was great stay.

The house was in a great location and nicely decorated however it was filthy. We were not there very much and didn’t eat there otherwise I probably would have made a fuss. There was food and dust all over the front of the cabinets. There was food and splatter on the stove top and a thick layer of crud on the hood. The refrigerator was also not very clean. Half of the lights did not work and there was at least one outlet in the bedroom that didn’t even have a cover. The amount of dust on the fans was so gross we were afraid to turn them on. The drawers in one of the nightstands were also broken. It definitely has potential but needs a thorough cleaning and some maintenance.Also the checkout time inline was 11 but I was then told 10 after booking.

Jessica is not telling the truth at all and she is upset that we couldn't extend her stay as requested as we had a guest check in same day of her planned check out and we could not extend the date. Jessica and her family were not clean at all and left the house dirty and even did some damage to one of the walls. during Jessica 's stay we checked in with her multiple times to see how things are going and not once did Jessica mentione any issue and was happy with the house. the issue happened when she asked for a one night extension and we couldn't meet her request. it's an unfortunate that we had the bad luck of hosting Jessica and her family.
