House was really large with lots of room to spread out. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 7 children. The kitchen had all we needed and was well stocked. The outdoor fire pit was such a nice place to relax in the late afternoon/evening and make snores. The kids had lots of room to play upstairs but a lot of the toys were broken. Air hockey didn’t work very well and the table was very wobbly. Fuss ball was fun for older kids and the bunk room was great. We took some pack and plays for kids to sleep in and I’m glad we did because the listing stated there were 2 cribs but we didn’t find any cribs there. Overall it was a good stay, just needs a little updating.

An excellent property with plenty of space and activities to please everyone. Directions to the house were clear and detailed. Note: Google Maps takes you straight to the house; Apple Maps does not (part of our group learned that the hard way). Communication with Victor was timely and everything was explained thoroughly. The house is well stocked with linens. The kitchen is spacious with great appliances and plenty of dishes, drinkware, pots/pans, etc. The second refrigerator in the garage was much appreciated since we brought food and ate in most meals. Beds-comfortable. Pillows-decent. Upstairs bedrooms do not have curtains so plan ahead if you aren’t an early riser. Each person in our family said they didn’t want to leave…an excellent sign of a great time had by all. We will definitely look into staying here again for our next Blue Ridge vacation.

The cabin was awesome! Great views from every room, plenty of space for our big family to spread out (19 people), and tons of activities in and around the cabin. The road is steep leading up to the cabin, but our Honda odessey was able to handle it.

This cabin was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 17 children (age 3-17). The bunk room and 3rd level game room was great for the younger kids while the lower room pool room and ping pong rooms were great for the older kids and adults. We enjoyed fires in the large great room fireplace which made the room very warm and cozy. The multiple bath rooms were very convenient.

The views were spectacular! The home had a cozy feel with a great layout to accommodate everyone's needs. Lots of games and fun was had by all. The driving directions were cute and helpful. The host replied promptly to a few things we needed assistance with. I highly recommend this home for a getaway!

The cabin had plenty of room for our family. The beds were very comfortable, the view was great. The cleaners didn't prepare the property as well as they could have....seems like maybe they were there a while ago, but not the day before our arrival.

Amazing views and space!!

We loved this place! The lodge was spacious, well stocked with everything we needed, and clean. The views were absolutely gorgeous. There were plenty of hiking trails around the area and a trip to the cute downtown was only a 20 min drive away. The owner was very nice and responded to all our messages promptly. Will most definitely plan to stay there again in the future.

Great Family Getaway

The house fit our group great. There was plenty for the teenagers and kids to do in the game rooms while the adults relaxed by the fire. It was beautiful inside and out and had all the amenities that we needed. The drive up was a tad long but the scenery and many deer made it worth it. We can't wait to book it again!

We had a great time staying at this cabin! There was plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was open and space for all our COOKS in the family! We definitely will be back!

We had a wonderful vacation. Incredible views of Blue Ridge Lake from this terrific property. My grandsons are begging me to rent it again next summer. They loved hiking on the trail that was right next door and cooking smores at the fire pit each night. We fished and rented a pontoon boat at the Marina. We visited the local wineries, breweries and a fantastic apple orchard where we all got to pick our own apples. I am still eating them. The town of Blue Ridge is a real jewel with excellent restaurants and fun stores to shop in. The whole family loved the train ride up to McCaysville and Copperhill. This was a great time for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay however, the listing didn't provide information about how steep the hills were and that it would be hard for some vehicles to get up the hill. The house was as listed plenty of space to lounge and fellowship.

The cabin was very spacious worked well for our family. The description of the beds to me was not very accurate. The twin beds were actually pull out twin beds, no cribs were found but thankfully we didn’t need them. The furniture in the main living room could use an update. It was not easy to get up from. Also the deck on the main floor banister was wobbly. There were no seasonings at all, not lighter for starting fires in the pit or fireplace. Overall it was a nice place.

Perfect for a large group with kids

On a scale of 1-10 it was a 9.5! This home was nearly perfect! The only issues we had was with the dishwasher and the front door auto lock and remote control BR lights/fans. People in one room turned lights on and off in another room without knowing. Loved the bunk room! Loved the whole house!

Roomy Cabin in need of care

The cabin was nice, but we did have bug issues. There were also holes that were in bottom of back doors from rot. This is a wonderful cabin, but it is need of an update to structure and furniture. We had a great stay and made the best of our time there but were overall disappointed in the state of the cabin.

Great, spacious, cozy and inviting cabin

We all had an amazing time in this cabin. This cabin is spacious yet cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed plus we too advantage of the Komodo grill that was conveniently located on the deck. Five couples were very comfortable in individual bedrooms that all had their own private bathroom and kids had a blast in the bunk room and game room. We all had fun roasting marshmallows at the fire pit outside. Victor was very easy to work with. Great time. Memories formed. Hope to come back soon.
