Quick 1 day stay

This propertybis well maintained and plenty of space. Neighbora are close and hear everything so sticking to the quite hours is recommended or they will report you...Even if you are just talking in the backyard. No fault of this propery host, just putting it out there if you're looking to stay up and socialize at all after 10pm. No issues otherwise what so ever with our stay.

A quick night trip to Austin

The service and communication was excellent. The property was as advertised with nice features. The spacious living room made a great place for board games and fun!

Nice decor, some improvements needed

The house is overall pretty clean except that the cleaner came late to do a run through and found the master bathroom not ready. Two comforters were wet so I finished the drying. I temporarily covered one street facing window with an indoor curtain to create some privacy. The dish washer does not work. It would be nice if the towels and linens are newer. The home decors are very nice. The themed rooms, soccer table, board games, and selfie wall are entertaining. The house is spacious and comfortable for us. It’s at a good location close to our relatives. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable. It’s pretty good overall.

It is a nice little house in a quaint area of Austin. Mark was very flexible with us. The place has a cool music theme, cool decor, and comfortable beds. Check in and out process were smooth.

The perfect stay for families !

We really enjoyed this location. It accommodated my family of 7 perfectly . The home is very welcoming and cozy. It was decorated beautifully! We did not get to use to grill but thought it was a great feature ! We would definitely start again . We visit Austin often. The host was very responsive and attentive !
