Attached to the master bedroom is the master bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink with vanity, toilet, and walk in closet with plenty of room for all of your clothes/shoes. The 2nd bedroom hosts 2 comfy full size beds, 32" flat screen television, ceiling fan, dresser, and closet for all of your hanging apparel. The living area in this unit is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. In the living area you will enjoy a large sunbrella sofa(non-sleeper), 2 well sized comfy chairs, 1 beanbag seat/foot stool, large coffee table great for board games, 42" flat screen HDTV with DVD player and cable, floor lamps, and ceiling fan. The Gulf front dining area includes a large wooden table with 6 wooden chairs and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with, but not limited to: refrigerator with ice maker, oven/range combo, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, sink, coffee maker, durable cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cooking utensils, and serving utensils. This being a corner unit, it has a large wraparound balcony with an outdoor table, 4 chairs, 1 lounger, and a reclined back chair. Important Parking Information: This booking includes the rental of the condominium unit only. Parking is not included with the rental. All parking at the property is owned and managed by the condominium’s HOA, and guests who bring a vehicle must purchase a parking pass directly through them. The location was great. The pool was nice and having direct beach access is our favorite part of this stay. The unfortunate part is the bed was not cleaned in the master bedroom, and there was an open hole in the kids closet area with a panel laying on the ground. My youngest child, Do to dirty bed sheets. Housekeeping, did come and change the bedsheets the next day I didn’t realize it till the last day, but we also were missing one pillowcase on one of the kids pillows in the room that had two beds in it. The beds are not King. I think they are probably full-size beds and twin beds. When my kids were walking on the floor, the floors were super dirty. The bottom of my kids feet were black just from walking around the little ass was the big Takeaway on this one. Hopefully it’s better for future guest.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We appreciate every guest and their feedback. We did receive a call from the guest regarding the items she mentioned in the review. We offered to send housekeeping the moment she called and she mentioned she already had the sheets in the washing machine and she declined the offer. Housekeeping did visit the next morning as she requested that the floors be recleaned. Housekeeping also changed the bedding again for the guest just to be sure she was more than happy. We asked her if there was anything else we could do to ensure her satisfaction, but everything was satisfactory. The internet panel in the guest bedroom closet can fall out of the wall if the wall or closet is shaken hard enough. The internet panel covers some internet wires that are there for easy access for any internet and WiFi updates or upgrades. The panel pops right back in the wall easily as it did. All bed and bath linens are washed off-site in a laundry facility and every bed is cleaned and changed every departure whether it has been used or not. We will note the guest asked for compensation for the minor issues mentioned in her review and we did issue a courtesy credit. It seems we may have been extorted and didn't give her the 50% refund she requested. We addressed all her requests quickly and efficiently. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a clean and inviting stay. We have many return guests and we plan to keep it that way. Stay with us in Phx VII unit 7717!

The entire building needs updating. During our stay, the units, all of them, had the water turned off from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm due to a piping repair that was supposed have taken place back in January. No water at all.Two times at around 8:45 pm, the entire building was evacuated due to a faltering alarm on the 8th floor. After waiting on the parking for a hour the Fire Department cleared the buildingThe most troublesome issue is the dryer vents. We tried to dry clothes and they simply would not dry. My husband pulled the vent pipe out and it was packed solid - solid with lint. He then reached into the wall were it vented to and it was also packed. We removed 3 lbs of lint. This is a huge fire hazard. I reported this photos to the fire marshall and they came out to issue violations.

There are newer buildings on the beach and the prices to stay in those buildings are much much more expensive than Phoenix VII. The dryer exhaust vent was addressed the moment we were made aware and was cleared all the way to the exterior of the building. We will always try to make sure the property is in the best condition for all guests. We are quick to respond to any needs during the stay and will be prompt and efficient in addressing any maintenance needs. Condo is nice. It could use a new coat of paint. Great view. The silverware was dirty and sheets had hairs on them.
Clean, easy check in and out, great view of water, lots of people but never felt crowded, close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again with no hesitation.
The condo was very clean, loved that there was no carpeting, the view of the beach was gorgeous, the indoor and outdoor pools, plus hot tubs were very nice.
It was perfect, plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The views were amazing we all loved it. We definitely Will be back.

Good location, nice size condo, cleanliness was lacking. The floors didn’t seemed to be cleaned prior to arrival and the middle bedroom still had hair in the bedding and needed washed.
The condo was very nice, excellent location. Easy beach access and pool was great. I think the condo could have been cleaner and would be helpful to have a few beach chairs and beach towels. Flying from Canada we can’t bring everything with us. All in all our family had a great stay. Thank you
