We loved the condo, especially the corner location with the side windows!We would strongly suggest you get safety bars for both showers, however, as there was nothing to hold on to when one cleans your feet and has to maneuver in the shower.Other than that, we sincerely enjoyed our stay very much!!Yvette Cuccia

We had a wonderful stay at this Navarre Beach condo! The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The huge balcony was one of our favorite features, with an absolutely perfect view of the ocean. It was the ideal place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while listening to the waves.The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and the beach was just as beautiful. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Unfortunately, a tropical storm kept us out of the water for most of our trip, but that certainly wasn't anyone's fault. Even with the weather, we still had a fantastic visit and made the most of our time there.We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to coming back when we can enjoy more time in the Gulf. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing beachfront getaway!

Highly Recommend – One of Our Favorite Condos on the Emerald Coast!This condo is absolutely amazing, with stunning views overlooking the Gulf and the Navarre Pier. We’ve stayed at many properties up and down the Emerald Coast, and Regency Navarre Beach 801 ranks among our very favorites.The unit is spotless, incredibly spacious, and filled with natural light. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality Maytag appliances, the showers are large and beautifully updated, and the huge balcony features comfortable, stylish furniture — a welcome step up from the usual worn-out plastic chairs.The only minor downside is that the property is very strict about access for non-members. If you forget your wristband, you won’t be able to get to the pool or beach, and parking tags must be clearly visible or you’ll receive a warning. While it can be a small inconvenience, it’s understandable — it helps keep the property secure and well-maintained for guests.One small suggestion: an on-site ice machine for filling coolers would be a fantastic addition.Overall, this is a fantastic property in a perfect location. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed — we’d happily stay here again!
