There was a minor misrepresentation in the listing regarding parking costs, but VRBO intervened and it was worked out in advance. The property was in good, but not great condition, and the company managing the property was sometimes responsive and sometimes silent. Overall, it worked out well. The location is very close to the nearby mall which is nice, but there was a unhoused man sleeping just outside the entranceway to the building one one of the nights we were there.
