Fabulous holidays

It was an amazing week in a beautiful apartment which felt like staying in a little house with very nice garden and delicious figs straight from the tree (the name of this property is for a good reason). We had VIP experience because the owner of the house was also onsite and made sure we feel like VIPs. Overall was one of our best our best holidays in Croatia. We truly recommend this place!

Sehr schönes Haus mit moderner Einrichtung. Ruhige Umgebung, man ist im Garten auf der Terrasse ungestört. Zugang zum Meer ist nur 30 Meter entfernt und durch einen kleinen Weg erreichbar. Nino der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und kümmert sich gern um alle Fragen.

Wunderschöner ruhigr Urlaub

Wir  waren 14 Tage ( jetzt zu Pfingsten ) bei Nino zu Gast, mit 2 Kindern und unserem Hund. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Nino ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, er hat uns zur Begrüßung durch das Haus geführt und uns alles erklärt. Es gab viele kleine Details die wirklich toll waren, vom Wasser im Kühlschrank, über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung bis zur Seife im der Dusche oder Spülmaschinen Tabs, die bereits vorhanden waren. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Terasse ist schattig, das Grundstück eingezäunt.Hervorzuheben ist wirklich die Strandnähe, es sind maximal 40 Meter. Wir waren dort zum Teil den ganzen Tag alleine, es gibt betonierte Plateaus, es sind sogar Löcher für Sonnenschirme ausgespart.Das Wohnviertel ist sehr ruhig gelegen, was wir besonders gut fanden. In der Nähe gibt es 2 Konopas und einen kleinen Einkaufsmarkt, alles in ca. 10 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen.Auch eine Strandbar ist in Laufnähe vorhanden.Wer eine ruhigen, entspannten Urlaub möchte, ist bei Nino genau richtig.

Super saubere Unterkunft fast direkt am Meer

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Nino. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben und alles super sauber vorgefunden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist unglaublich toll. Der Parkplatz am Haus ist auch für ein größeres Fahrzeug gut geeignet.

Toller Badeurlaub

Sehr schön. Objekt liegt sehr ruhig und nur ein paar Meter zum Wasser entfernt. 3 Restaurants am Hafen standen zur Auswahl. Mit einem Boot (Wassertaxi) kann man vom Camping-Platz nach Trogir übersetzen. Trogir hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar und immer hilfsbereit.

Wundervolle Gastfreundschaft

Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir kontaktiert und die freundliche Kommunikation zog sich durch den ganzen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber ist besonders freundlich, versucht, immer eine Lösung zu finden und steht mit Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir haben selten eine so schön gelegene und bestens ausgestattete Unterkunft gesehen und wir sind schon viel herumgereist. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden vom Geschirrspültab über Geschirr, Besteck, Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Handseife...einfach alles. Wir empfinden diese Unterkunft als besonders empfehlenswert und kommen gern wieder.

Une sejour très agréable avec un accueil chaleureux et discret

Nous sommes tres contents de notre sejour. L'accueil était très agréable, chaleureux et discret. La maison est bien équipée et la jardin est très agréable. L'accès a la mer est top, surtout dans cette partie de la côte où il n'est pas simple de stationner en bord de mer. Seget Vranjica est plutot bien placé, au calme mais pas trop loin de Trogir et Split. Possibilité de louer aussi un bateau et de faire les nombreux iles et îlots

Wir haben 14 Tage in Seget Vranjia verbracht. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Beschreibung des Vermieters stimmte eins zu eins. Alles war sehr ordenlich. Die Kommunikation mit Nino verlief sehr gut. Bereits nach der Buchung nahm er Kontakt zu uns auf. Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.

Absolute Empfehlung

Wir haben mit Kindern und einem Hund einen sehr entspannten Urlaub gehabt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kurze Entfernung zum Meer, die Freundlichkeit des Vermieters und gut zu erreichende Restaurants. Wir haben alle Restaurants in der Nähe ausprobiert. Sie bieten alle ein gutes, ausgewogenes Preis. / Leistungsverhältnis. Das Häuschen ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Für den Grill war sogar Kohle und Anzünder vorhanden. Wir sind mit einem Elektroauto gekommen und konnten in der Nähe (Trogir) laden. Put Gradine 66, 21220 Trogir 11kw Solinska ulica 84, 21000 Split 150 und 22 kw. Um nur zwei zu erwähnen.

Sauberes, gepflegtes Objekt! Nino ist ein sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Vermieter, sehr hilfsbereit! Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet, der Kontakt war gut! Kurzer Weg zu einem ruhigen Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!!

Just perfect!

Very nice place for enjoing holiday. Absolutely friendly, kind and helpful host. The house is perfect. The small city is friendly with restaurants serving the best fish ever. Even our little pug loved this place. Thank you Nino and Nika!

Heerlijk, sfeervol (beachhouse-stijl) ingericht huisje; schoon, fijne bedden, prettig gelegen, fijn dorpje (met supermarkt, bakker, restaurants, groente- en fruitkramen, terrassen aan het haventje.), qua afstand gunstig gelegen tov bezienswaardigheden en stadjes. Enige kleine minpuntje is de kwaliteit vd wifi. Verhuurder reageert snel op vragen per mail. En is 24- uur per dag bereikbaar. Wij ( ouders + 3 pubers) hebben 2 zeer geslaagde weken beleefd. We bevelen De Vijg dan ook van harte aan!

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Gemeinsam mit unserer einjährigen Tochter hatten wir einen wunderbar entspannten Aufenthalt in Ninos Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Mit Absperrung des Treppenaufgangs war die Wohnung absolut kindersicher. Das Außengelände ist umzäunt, so dass sich unsere Tochter jederzeit frei bewegen konnte. Nino selbst war jederzeit erreichbar. Keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt haben wir eine Mini-Bucht entdeckt -perfekt für unsere Kleine. Der kleine Supermarkt im Ort bietet ein großes Sortiment und täglich frisches Brot. Der Ort selbst war während unseres Aufenthalts ruhig, d.h. keine Partys, wenig Touristen, keine überfüllten Strände / Stege. Alles lief sehr entpannt ab. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Trogir sowie am Flughafen. Vom Fluglärm wird man aber nicht belästigt! Mein Mann war wiederholt in der Tauchschule in Trogir und von dieser sehr begeistert. Schlussendlich haben wir viel weniger Ausflüge unternommen als geplant, da wir die gemütliche Terrasse und das nahe gelegende Meer genossen haben. Wir würden wieder buchen!

Excellents accueil et emplacement !

L'accueil par le propriétaire (Nino) est vraiment exceptionnel: très attentif, plein de conseils, très gentil, il nous a même emmené faire un tour sur son bateau sur l'île voisine. L'emplacement est également très apprécié, à 1 minute de la mer à pied (de l'autre côté de la rue...). Enfin, c'est en dehors du flux de touristes, même si c'est un quartier très résidentiel et qu'il est difficile d'y circuler en voiture (rues étroites). La maison est dans un état impeccable; les chambres et le salon sont dans la même maison que les propriétaires mais qui sont vraiment très discrets, donc location à recommander sans hésitation!

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist in einer wunderschönen Siedlung unmittelbar am Meer gelegen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Sie ist gut gekühlt die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen und essen ein. Am Meer ist man in einer Minute. An dem eigens angelegten Badeplatz waren wir fast immer ganz allein. Das Wasser ist einmalig sauber und der Blick in Bucht unbezahlbar. Nino ist ein toller Gastgeber und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Zum Haus gehört ein eigener Stellplatz, der in den engen Gassen auch notwendig ist. Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung und haben uns selbst versorgt, was in dem Ambiente sehr viel Spaß macht. Platz war aber für 2 weitere Personen. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und unterschiedliche Restaurants. Die Menschen im kleinen Ort sind sehr offen und stets nett und freundlich. Das nahe gelegene Trogir ist absolut emfehlenswert. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen und werden definitiv im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen.

The best Location ever.....to the sea you walk only 40 Meters and Restaurant and Market in the near

The Person Nino who rents out property is really friendly,he makes my vacation amazing.The Apartment was very clean and has a pleasant Temperatur.We will stay here the next year again,for sure.Thank you for the pleasant Holidays....Bea and Patrick
