The Fisher's Hana Hale is located across the street from Hana Bay and Waikoloa Beach. Our guests enjoy the privacy of their own unit with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Our home is located within walking distance of Hana Bay and Travaasa Hotel. Just a short distance down the road is Waianapanapa State Park, Koki and Hamoa beaches and the famous Piilani Heiau at Kahanu Gardens. The Upstairs features one bedroom and one bathroom, full kitchen, living area, screened in lanai with ping pong, wireless Internet and basic cable TV. For larger parties you can add the downstairs for extra space (https://www.vrbo.com/1245231). The downstairs has one bedroom and one bathroom, living room area and a screened in lanai. Remember Hana is a a rural tropical rainforest so there are insects and rain. We wish we could control both of them but we can't. But those are the things that make Hana so unique and beautiful. Great stop in Hana

This place was great for our one-night stay in Hana. There was plenty of room for the six of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix a good breakfast. The neighbors were quiet, and it was a quick walk to the beach.

Loved the fact that it was all screened in and the outside air could circulate freely in the house. We were very comfortable and were able to do some laundry as well. Appreciated the access to wifi.

Another happy stay in Hana!

Our second stay in this house (top floor only).Easy booking, clear instructions, has as described. Great location for our stay in Hana. Helpful host!We were familiar with the house and it is as advertised. The only issue was two of the fans don't work as they should (one moves little to no air now as compared to our last stay) and the other started making very loud noises during the night and woke 2 of us up. When they are fixed all will be great!

A Sweet Spot in Hana

We loved our stay here. The upstairs unit was spotless, had a very well-appointed kitchen, updated bedroom and bath, and had everything we needed. Peek-a-boo view of Hana Bay and we were lulled to sleep with sound of the waves.

Couldn’t be better

We stayed one short night at Fisher’s but it was a treat to be there. We loved listening to the occasional rain downpour although short lived and waking up to the songbirds. The master bedroom looked out into the lush surroundings and the fresh air poured into the room. This home was well cared for, well stocked and the housekeeper did a great job. Thanks for the good experience!!

Beautiful Hana

We had a lovely stay at this home. It is very conveniently located with easy access to town. It is comfortably furnished with everything you need, from the bathrooms to the kitchen. We stayed only 2 nights and should have stayed longer, probably 4.

One night in Hana

Perfect location. Convenient. Parking included which was great. Large space. A bit dated. The listing didn’t indicate it was the upstairs of a house and that the lower would be rented out separately as well. Overall the stay was good. Expensive in general but I believe everything in Hana is high priced.

Comfortable stay in beautiful Hana

We are grateful to the host for renting their beautiful home to us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The home is well ventilated with lots of windows and screens to prevent bugs from entering. Great location near the beach and the grocery store was a few minutes away.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying at the house in Hana. It's a super relaxing environment in a great location. After an initial issue with the house not being cleaned, which was quickly resolved by the owner, it was perfect!

Great Hana getaway

Pleasant stay, fans cooled down rooms nicely. Stayed 3 nights and the 1st night was very noisy with windows open. Rest of stay was fine. My husband and I were both raised on Maui, we live in Upcountry Kula, Maui where both sided of our entire extended family also reside. We have three wonderful children and one grandson. We have always had a special place in our heart for Hana where we spent our younger years fishing, paddling and diving with close friends and family. When the chance arose to own our own home in Hana we jumped at it because we knew this is the place where we wanted to enjoy our family and vacation time with friends.

Why they chose this property

We loved the in-town proximity you can walk to everything. Hana Bay and Waikoloa Beach are right across the street and the stores, restaurants and park are all within a few miles. Not to mention the beautiful Travaasa Hotel which we enjoy having drinks at on special occasions and the great swimming and snorkeling at Hamoa Beach.

What makes this property unique

We do only allow 1 vehicles on property and there is no street parking. We have a great ping pong table, screened in lanais and beach stuff. You can walk everywhere and hear the ocean waves across the street. Hana is located in a beautiful tropical rainforest so there are insects. There are mosquitoes, lizards and your occasional spider. We like the lizards (geckos) because they eat the mosquitoes and the mosquitoes and spiders come with the territory. We provide repellent and citronella candles and torches and these help but please remember to keep all screens shut.
