We had an amazing stay at Beach Pass and definitely would return! It was a great amount of space for our family of 4. The space was clean, updated and had everything we would need for an extended stay. We loved the location! Truly just steps from everything in Margate. The hosts were communicative and made everything clear and easy for us. Thank you so much!!

We had a wonderful stay. The basement laundry room was a big plus and the outdoor shower included beach equipment. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were comfy and the location was great.

The location was perfect. I grew up in Margate and had not been back in 19 years. Knowing the area led me to find and rent that property and it was beyond even my expectations. We walked everywhere. To all the restaurants nearby, Starbucks and Hot Bagels. The beach was across the street. Even the weather was perfect every day for our stay. I know the history had something to do with that even. Parking was easy and convenient. And the house was great. It was like being home. 6 out of 5 stars. Perfection. —Kevin

The hosts were very responsive and eager to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The duplex was clean and well equipped but it was not clear that it was adjacent to a travel agency on one side and a multi unit apartment building on the opposite side. It worked out fine but I expected to be on a residential street with single family homes. The travel agency had bright lights in the alley set to on all evening - the bedrooms are all on the alley side. We were hardly at the house because we had family nearby so we basically only slept there.

Every thing was good, besides the plumbing issues. The kitchen sink wasn’t draining well, garbage disposal was still working and we didn’t understand what’s causing the water to back up.

We were immensely grateful for our guest raising this to our attention. Her swift report allowed us to secure a plumber who promptly addressed the issue, removed the clog, and installed new plumbing.

The perfect spot for our family’s summer getaway. Unbeatable location, just a block from the beach; down the block from Casel’s, yoga, Jersey Cow (maybe too close ), and so much more; short walk to the boardwalk; and a perfect mile walk from rest of Margate and Ventnor restaurants. We loved the walk-ability of the neighborhood, but when we did need our car, street parking was never an issue. The home was clean, quiet, and well stocked for our extended stay. Excellent A/C units and ceiling fans kept it very cool. Thank you to Betsy who was a wonderful host!
