Enchanting, luxury family home with pool close to beach and golf
The house is located at 5 minutes from beaches, golf courses, restaurants and nightlife at Puerto Banus and Marbella. It is a fully renovated charming house with 5 bed and bath rooms, a big and open kitchen connected with a great terrace for outside dining in the summer, a separate dining area, a TV room and a large living room. On one side of the house you find a veranda with (salt water) heated pool and sun beds as well as a garden terrace, at the other side of the house you find a lovely characteristic terrace for dining. The house is surrounded by the garden and trees with no views to and of any neighbors. At the lower garden there is a golf cage to practice your swing between the olive trees and orange trees.

After having travelled around the world I found and renovated this lovely cortijo, or farm house, according to Spanish architecture. It has been done at latest standards and taste and is well located close to the beaches, restaurants and golf courses but at the same time offers the privacy of living in a forest.
