2 House 26 Guest Cayuga Lakefront | Hot Tub/Kayak

Kozy Kove brings groups together across two private homes on Cayuga Lake’s northeast shore. The Lake House and Land House accommodate up to 26 guests, offering added space and privacy for extended families and friends traveling together.

Spend mornings overlooking the lake, afternoons swimming or boating from the seasonal dock, and evenings beside the firepit or in the lake-view hot tub. The dock accommodates one boat; guests must bring bumpers. The Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge are also within easy reach.

Important: The Land House is unavailable during winter and is expected to reopen April 1, weather permitting. During this period, the Lake House accommodates up to 14 guests.

Up to two dogs are welcome with a pet fee. Guests must promptly collect and dispose of all pet waste; failure to do so may result in a $100 fee.

PLEASE NOTE

Emergency maintenance is available 24/7 for urgent concerns, including floods, leaks, fires, or sewage backups.

Non-emergency maintenance is available daily from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests received after 6:00 PM will generally be addressed the following day.

Lawn care may occur during your stay. Please remove personal belongings and lawn games from the yard so the crew can work safely.

The hot tub is cleaned and serviced weekly, which may occur during your stay. Advance notice will be provided. Please wait 30 minutes after service before using the hot tub.

Snow removal crews work around the clock during winter weather and service multiple properties. Brief delays may occur during heavy snowfall.
