I made a few suggestions to host to make the stay a bit more comfortable overall. She was very gracious & accepting of input, as a past host myself. Note there are about 6 steps up into house on gravel driveway. So if tender back or knees, bring light luggage to help lifting.

We had a wonderful stay at this Shaver Lake gem! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the home was. The decor is absolutely charming, striking that perfect balance between a cozy mountain retreat and modern comfort. The location couldn't be more convenient—having quick access to the village and the lake made our daily outings effortless. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided; it’s clear the hosts have put a lot of care into ensuring guests have everything they need for a relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a high-quality Shaver Lake experience. We can’t wait to come back!
