I grew up here in Boulder and have loved raising my daughter here as well. We are now empty nesters and ready to share our love of Boulder and our home in the perfect location.
Why they chose this property
Our home is located within walking distance of downtown, Ideal Market and N. Boulder restaurants. A short drive or walk to trails too! With Flatiron views from several rooms, it makes it a perfect location.
