This is a 500-sf loft-style one-bedroom place with a full kitchen and bathroom. The location is a historic 100-year-old building once known as the Fifth Street Store that was fully renovated and transformed into lofts about 20 years ago. There's a private balcony and you will have access to all the building's amenities including the rooftop pool. Unlike many other units in the building and the area, this unit does not face the street and is much quieter. The main bed is a queen-size 10" memory foam mattress. There is a spare queen-size air mattress and a twin-size sofa bed.

Downtown is one of the most interesting, vibrant neighborhoods in Los Angeles, with world class entertainment and cultural offerings as well as extremely colorful, gritty street life that not everyone is comfortable with. This is not Beverly Hills. Please understand this before you book as refunds will not be available on arrival. Parking is available nearby starting at $9/day (I recommend using Spothero, or park across the street in Pershing Square). There is no free parking nearby and cars parked illegally will be ticketed and/or towed. Absolutely no parties or events--this can lead to your reservation being canceled with no refund.
