Private balcony with endless views and endless relaxation! Experience one of the best Penthouse rentals on the Emerald Coast. The perfect getaway destination for families...once you're here there's no need to leave! Within walking distance, you have the white sand beaches, the Pier, multiple pools, dozens of amazing restaurants, bowling alley, billiards and 130+ other shopping, dining, and entertainment choices. Enjoy dedicated beachfront access. The penthouse means 10' ceilings and no noise above you, which is great... it feels more private. At 250 high above the beach, views across the gulf stretch for 40+ miles.
PARKING PASS/WRIST BAND RULES-
Laketown Wharf is very strict on Parking passes & Wrist bands. The unit is privately owned and operated so, Property manager(Host) is NOT responsible for wristbands. Host is providing parking passes. To access all beautiful amenities guests are required to pay a onetime charge of $78 for wristbands. **$78 fee covers all guests**
If under the age of 21, a $200 deposit will be required. The deposit will be returned once an inspection of the property or accommodation is completed after the stay, assuming there are no damages or other issues.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock sliding doors.
Set thermostat to 73
Dump ice tray and lift silver bar on ice maker so it will not make ice.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
