I am a registered estate agent. I love properties and I believe if you invest in good properties, you will have vast return. N Park condo have lots of facilities. Unit size is just right - not too big nor too small. Location is fantastic, very close to Penang Bridge and very centrally located. Easy to move around. Hawker food, supermarket are all nearby.

Why they chose this property

The reason why i bought this property is because price is reasonable and affordable. For something not too expensive, I could easily find partners to rent the place. Moreover, location is very strategically located. Whether want to go to Butterworth, Georgetown city or Bayan Lepas area, we just need to pivot the location.

What makes this property unique

The unit is so windy and breezy as right infront of the balcony, there is no building blocking the view . You will be amazed on the constant breeze and fresh air ventilating the entire condo that you don't even need to turn on the fan or air con. The front balcony is embraced with spectacular Penang bridge view.
