We really appreciated the convenient location so close to the beach. The provided beach towels, chairs, and toiletries were a thoughtful touch and made our stay much easier. The space was clean and comfortable, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location- near the beach where there are great views of the sunset. There is also a nice park nearby, lot with f great shopping and dining. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Our property manager gave clear directions and information. Only a few minor recommendations- needs a larger garbage can, several beach chairs seemed to be broken, and the sliding door does not properly latch (we used the swiffer handle to prevent the door from being opened). I would stay here again.

The place was very nice except advertising a corner room with a view. The view was the outside walls of other buildings. NO VIEW whatsoever. I would not have needed a corner replace if wasn’t able to see anything. Early morning heard dumpster being emptied.

Property was great and easy walk to most everything. Parking is free a block away. Communication was great. The only thing I would add is that the windows are not insulated so you will hear things from outside. So, if you are a light sleeper just make sure you have ear plugs. Definitely recommend. I would have taken photos of the unit but the pictures were very representative so there was no need.

The location within Waikiki was great and it worked well for our family of 4. The hosts made everything easy. The parking location was also very convenient at less than a 5 min walk away. We used this as a home base but spent most of our time exploring Oahu.

The host - Vincent was very welcoming and always answered our calls/texts. The unit was exactly how it looked like in pictures and even better than what we expected. The location of this unit was incredible, walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. I definitely would stay again instead of a hotel.

Really nice location and nice unit. Had access to everything. We just had a little hard time looking for the parking but that was because there was a construction right next to it that blocked the entrance. But overall we had a good experience esp with the property manager. Definitely will book again when we come back!

From 3rd floor unit, the view is wall of another building, no beach or view. Public beach is 6 minutes walk. Within the 2 block radius of apartment, there are many restaurants, bars and shops. Apartment is clean with beach chairs and beach towels supplied. Stock of cookware and miscellaneous adequate. Noisy area of town throughout night and day, and unit windows are glass vents so bring earplugs. Not having a place to unload/load hindered somewhat as main street had a lot of loiters. Parking lot for guests was 5 minutes away if you cut thru other parking garage. On beach there are places to rent chairs and umbrellas.

Good stay for our family of 5 but lots of city noise.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a good spot walking to all things Waikīkī. We were traveling with our 2 year old and wanted to be able to get back and forth easily which I’d say this did trick as long as you are ready to walk. To get to the main areas was about a 10 minute walk. AC in all main areas and bedrooms and plenty of towels for beach and bath. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Kitchen had all that was needed for meals in. I will say, I probably wouldn’t stay again only because we personally are not used to the noise of the city. It’s very much in the city; sound did not die down until after midnight. But if you are used to city life, then you should be fine. Also nothing to look at but the back of the buildings on the balcony but it was still nice to have and probably what I would expect for the price point. Other units I looked at were a lot more if you want a view.

Place is great has what you need and great location is fantastic, walk to anything you could need. Parking off site but is a quick walk. This location is very urban, and can be noisy through the night and early morning. Recommend upgrading the window for the larger bedroom. My teenage daughters slept fine in the other room. My wife is light sleeper and had hard time getting a good night's sleep. I'm somewhere in between and had few things wake me up.

Overall the stay was nice. Place was spacious and the check in process was easy. They were nice enough to let us drop off our bags early and was quick to reply. The only issue was the garbage trucks at 3am. Every morning the garbage trucks were right out side our door because of large dumpsters. There's nothing they can do about it, so if you have small children, or prefer a good nights rest, just know there's loud garbage trucks at 3am everyday.
