Fantastic trip

This property is located within the ilikai Hotel. Great grounds excellent location. Very convenient to Waikiki beach and shopping. Parking is 28 dollars a day at a nearby parking spot. Overall an enjoyable vacation.

Great location

It was a nice spacious place in a great location. The unit wasn’t tremendously clean and we encountered 2 cockroaches over the week stay. Also, there was construction going on every morning in a unit down the hall. Overall enjoyable stay but not quite worth what we paid.

25th wedding Anniversary Trip

This condo is located in a great location. Easily walk to restaurants, shopping, bus stops, and attractions. The beds are comfortable, A/C unit works exceptionally well, plenty of towels and beach towels provided so one less thing to pack. Laundry facilities down the hallway. Plenty of seating and gathering area in the condo for our family of 4. It’s our first time in Hawaii so hanging out all day in the condo was not priority, but when we did, it met all our needs.

Bad air conditioning / great view

The apartment has great views but is a bit rundown which doesn’t show in the pictures. We had leaky air conditioning units right from the start of our 3 week holiday. We had no air conditioning during the entire last week. The owner never apologized nor gave us any kind of compensation for us managing the numerous groups of people that tried to fix the air conditioning units. He just told us to reference the contract. All maintenance workers told us the air units had never been serviced. Also no refresh of towels or sundries during the 3 week holiday. Very disappointing experience!! DM if you want to see pictures.

Perfect!

We really liked this apartment. It was perfect for our family. Yes, the bathrooms could do with an update, but we really didn't mind. We appreciated that we had things like toilet paper, soap, dishwasher agents, paper towel, tissues... The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. Perfect location for walking to the Ala Moana shopping Center. In fact, we walked to a lot of the Hotels and shopping areas. Otherwise we easily ubered and hired a car for another day. This stay really made our holiday!

Stunning view, top spot

We loved our stay here. Incredible view over the harbour and the ocean. Watch surfers and the sunset. It's at one end of Waikiki right next to the Hilton. Bus stops for the trolley are right across the road and it's a short walk to Ala Moana Centre. There's also a mimi mart downstairs and good convenience story diagonally opposite. Lovely soft beds, plush sheets, a nice leather lounge, a TV and two bathrooms with the bedrooms (and even a chandelier over the table). Thanks for the opportunity to stay here. Would book again in a heartbeat.

Location is fantastic

Condo layout was great with the 2 bedrooms being at opposite ends. A couple of issues upon check in but they were resolved in a timely manner. One concern I have is that although the information stated free calls to the U.S. and Canada, I was unable to make any calls to Canada. The other concern was the valet parking - had major issues and will be contacting the manager as he was not available when I checked out.

This property was absolutely filthy. Broken glass, items not working and overall it is very tired.

A dirty tired property that should not be allowed to be rented out in this state. The description online is not correct. The charge per night is over the top for a condo of this standard. You are better off staying in the Hotel which is clean and actually has been refurbished. We will never stay here again nor book with VRBO.

Great location! Awesome sunsets, stunning views 😊

The condo was lovely and bright with awesome views and access to everything. The property is beautiful and the staff are great. The restaurant on the property was amazing! ( we loved Jenna) The food and the service was excellent. Great location made it really easy to walk around. You can only see a small slice of magic lagoon so go out to see the fireworks on Friday night. You can not see them from either Lanai. There are dancers and wonderful music in the courtyard on the weekends also take the time to go down 6 floors and see them. At 5 pm there is a Hawaiian that blows a conch shell. He wears a traditional red and yellow outfit so he’s easy to spot. All in all we had a great time and highly recommend the unit.

Amazing view

The view was amazing. The kitchen had very minimal supplies but we made the best of it. Small appliances, toaster and coffee maker need to be replaced and having a blender would have been nice. Condo is an end unit and was very quiet and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for 4 adults. Valet parking is $45 a day and a little inconvenient. We parked behind the building at the Marina for $1 per hour. We ended up spending about 1/2 the amount per day to park at the Marina and it was easy to find a spot. We were in and out so often that we found out on the first day the valet parking was frustrating. One suggestion would be to pay for valet parking for one day then decide if you want to continue. We made the mistake of paying for the full week which is what they have you do. Now we need to wait for them to mail us a check for the 6 day refund. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Mixed experience

Our stay at the condo was a mixed experience. In terms of the rental process, the inquiries and bookings were straightforward. However, on the downside, the property seemed outdated and not well-maintained. While the condo's location was a major plus, being in close proximity to stores and restaurants, some of which were even housed in the same building, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Upon arrival, we noticed dust in the restrooms and kitchen, and the showers were particularly unappealing. The shower floors were extremely dirty, and there was mold in both bathrooms. We also found used shampoo and soap from the previous guests still in one of the restrooms. On a positive note, we enjoyed the fireworks and live music at the ground floor, which provided a great atmosphere during our stay. Additionally, the valet parking service was convenient, albeit at a cost of $45 per day. Overall, while the location and amenities were appealing, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance detracted from our experience.

Not as advertised - not nice - cannot see fireworks

First of all, the Illikai is old and mildly showing it. In this condo the Shower drain in master barely works. There is a ton of street noise so forget about getting a good nights sleep. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The A/C in the master blows right in your face so you cannot run it at night. And it is a bold faced, 100% lie that fireworks are viewable from this condo. They are not! And when you get there and see the view from the balcony, it is obvious the only thing you can see is the marina. No fireworks !! Pics are lies!! I watched from the balcony. Saw nothing. Heard lots of explosions. Also note that you have no access to fitness center with this rental. And the room safe never worked. Even though we called and they supposedly fixed it. Not worth the money.

Beautiful views and perfectly located!

We just got back from 13 wonderful days staying in this unit, and it did not disappoint!! From the beautiful ocean views from every viewpoint, to the perfect location of amenities, this will be a vacation we will never forget! It was so nice to have an AC room to come back to after a long day on the beach soaking up the sun. We even saw a whale one morning while drinking our coffee and enjoying the panoramic view of the ocean! We will definitely be booking this room when we come back!

Wonderful Location with room for everyone

This is a great place to stay with adult children. Everyone had their own bed and there was plenty of room for us all to gather together. The hotel has everything and the staff is so kind. They have Hula dancers in Friday and pause for the firework show next door for you to enjoy. Restaurants and food trucks are all close by. Easy to get in and out of. We rented a car and used the valet for convenience since my husband can’t walk too far at times. Valet staff is quick and very friendly! This was our first time in Hawaii and it was amazing. Sea turtles feed off the coral on the beach, pool has a DJ, market in the hotel has everything, and huge bonus: the beds are so comfortable! I was hesitant with some of the reviews but so happy we stayed here. Location has many places to walk to and is located to all the fun spots tourists love to go for the first time. Check in was super easy and convenient!

Perfectly Comfortable

The facility itself is pleasing with a convenience store, coffee shop and ice cream connected to the lobby. The condo is clean and well furnished. It even has beach chairs and beach towels. Everything was in working order. There are two generously sized decks with views. The property owner/manager was very responsive.
