The Space

Welcome to The Sapphire Pelican, our newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo in Cherry Grove Beach.

Located on the ground floor, you can skip the elevators and enjoy easy access to the beach. Step outside to peaceful dune views, then follow the nearby beach access to the sand.

King bedroom plus 3 queen beds, including 2 queen Murphy beds. All are full size adult sleeping surfaces.

We provide beach chairs, wagon, cooler, beach toys, towels and bags so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the coast.

Enjoy the seasonal community pool, charcoal grill and our private covered porch with a 3 person glider overlooking the dunes.

✻ FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
Cook at home in the renovated kitchen, plus enjoy our freestanding ice maker and Keurig Duo for both K cups and drip coffee.

✻ COMFORT + CONVENIENCE
In unit washer and dryer, Smart TVs, premium cable, high speed WiFi, ceiling fans and smart lock self check in.

✻ 2 FULL BATHROOMS
The primary bath features a walk in shower, while the second bathroom has a tub and shower combination.

The Sapphire Pelican is personally managed by two sister co owners. We’re just a message away when you need us, with no management company in the middle.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the entire condo, seasonal outdoor pool, and outdoor storage closet stocked with beach chairs, wagon, cooler, beach toys, towels & bags.

✻ PARKING
One parking space at the condo is guaranteed. Free additional parking is available at our offsite overflow lot approximately 1.5 miles away.

✻ SELF CHECK IN
A personalized smart lock code will be provided before arrival for easy self check in.

✻ STORAGE
One interior owners’ closet and a small housekeeping supply closet remain locked. All other guest areas are yours to enjoy.

✻ ACCESSIBILITY
Our condo is on the ground floor with only 2 steps from the parking area to the unit. Please note that the condo itself is not ADA accessible.

The beach access by the property includes a ramp over the dunes followed by steps down to the sand. Accessible beach access and beach wheelchair options are available at select North Myrtle Beach locations. Locations and availability may change, so we recommend checking current City of North Myrtle Beach information before your stay.

✻ BEACH RENTALS + SHADE
Umbrellas are not provided. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available locally. Beach rules and permitted shade structures can change, so we recommend checking current City of North Myrtle Beach information before arrival.

✻ POOL
The seasonal community pool reaches approximately 8 feet at its deepest point. Pool availability and hours are subject to seasonal and HOA operations.

✻ EXTENDED STAYS
