📋 Booking Requirements
This home follows local compliance guidelines, which include:
• Signed rental agreement
• ID verification
• $1,250 security hold (pending authorization, not a traditional deposit)
As an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($65 for stays up to 10 nights + $5 per night after 10 nights).
We use a secure, simple platform called Happy Guest (no app download required).
It provides easy document signing and a private guest portal with property details and local recommendations to make your stay seamless.

Impressive Craftsmanship, wood work was amazing. Enjoyable game room. Dock access for a little fishing with the fall colors was absolutely amazing. Thid is a very well kept and stylish cabin. We will be using this again for sure!

We had such a wonderful stay! The kids had plenty to do, and the weather couldn’t have been more perfect. We used the pontoon often and loved how close we were to Nisswa for shopping and dining. The fire pit was a favorite every night, and once the adults went to bed, the kids had a blast in the game room. The property managers were wonderful communicators and so accommodating, which made everything seamless. It was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation for our whole family!

We loved the property from the moment we got there! Secluded, peaceful, with lots of extras! The kayaks, paddle boards, and pontoon were used throughout each day and we often were the only ones on the lake. The pool table and games were also a big hit! Our family is looking forward to going back next summer! Hosts are very easy and friendly to communicate with. Comfy beds!

Amazing cabin and location!!!

We had such a wonderful time at this cabin (it was our second time!) The cabin itself is beautiful, with a game room above the garage that the kids loved! The kids fished from the dock every day and caught tons of fish! We paddle boarded, kayaked, went out on the pontoon and had evening bonfires. The hosts were great and very responsive with any questions. We went into Crosslake for mini golf and ice cream too! We can’t wait to return!!!

Five Stars! Perfect Family Getaway at Cross LakeWe had an absolutely wonderful time at the cabin we rented in Cross Lake, Minnesota. It was the perfect family adventure for my husband and me, along with our two adult children, our daughter-in-law, and our five-month-old grandson. We made so many memories together!The cabin itself was incredibly inviting, roomy, and cozy. My oldest son specifically wanted me to mention how wonderfully soft the blankets were—they were a hit! The whole atmosphere just felt like a home away from home.We had a blast on the lake—the scenery was beautiful, and the boat rides were so much fun. My husband and kids even caught some fish out on the water. Despite our grandson catching a little cold (sorry, little guy—grandma’s fault!), we muddled through and still had an amazing time.A special highlight was visiting my husband’s dad nearby and getting a four-generation photo—that’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. The hosts were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely come back again!
