15 minute walk to beach, 3 minute drive to beach, pier and waterfront restaraunts, 10 minute drive to Lauderdale by the Sea, 15 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas, 5 minute walk to tennis, pickleball, LA fitness, and golf.
4 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, along with 4 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, bathtub and massive closets.
5 star finishes!
Amenities like WiFi, AC, washing/drying machine, pool, hot tub, outdoor pool table, outdoor bathroom, dock, barbecue and bar area, beverage fridge, wine fridge, outdoor TV and screened pergola, as well as underwater green lights to attract marine life, ensure a phenomenal experience.
TV's are in every bedroom as well as outside including a 84" big screen in the family room!
There are two paddleboard to explore the intracoastal.

Relaxing oasis

Very beautiful home, in a great neighborhood with a relaxing atmosphere. 10/10 vacation spot! The owner Bruce was a great host and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was wonderful and we didn't want to leave. Grandkids loved the pool and yes everything was perfect. Our car battery died so we left jumper cables if anyone needs them. We thank you Bruce and hope to be back soon.

Bruce was very welcoming. The house was incredible. Everything from the outdoor oasis to the well stocked kitchen was impeccable. The beds were cozy. The decor was just as pictured. Heaven on earth. We loved it so much. Bruce even got his friends to take us out on their 52ft Sundancer yacht. We were treated like royalty. The hot tub was roomy. The pool lounges comfy. We grilled steaks from the local butcher. Best ever. Peaceful slice of heaven at this home. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!! .

We are avid beach lovers, boaters, snorkelers, tennis players, pickleball players, golfers, and cyclists. As well as habitual entertainers.
I built this property to mimic some of the resorts we've been to around the world. There's nothing but first class amenities and surroundings at this property.

Why they chose this property

We have had houses in Fort Lauderdale for years and years. This house is in Pompano which is a little bit quieter, not as much traffic, less busy beaches, but still with world-class amenities restaurants etc. If you want to go to Las Olas Fort Lauderdale it literally takes 40 minutes by water or 15 minutes by car. From this location you can walk to tennis courts, pickleball, olympic size pools, and the golf course as well as LA Fitness and a couple other First Rate gyms.

What makes this property unique

The theme of this property is "ocean" . It's got vibrant blue ocean color decor. Vibrant White marble pool decks and ocean blue surroundings. You're the surrounded by palm trees and is private from the neighbors. It has two outdoor gas fire tables. Ambiance is second to none. This is a true Resort accommodation. The outdoor bathroom and shower is magical. There is nothing like a shower while looking up at the stars or the bright blue sky.
