Other Things to Note:
- Due to our work schedule and our cleaners policy we are unable to accommodate any early check in, late check out or luggage drop off.
-This is a very small studio apartment (think of a spacious room size).
-There’s only one open room with the bedroom area and kitchenette.
- The apartment is on the 1st floor of a WALK-UP building, so there’s no elevator and there are one floor up of stairs.
- This is an apartment building in NYC where other tenants also live here and you can hear them!! and there’s sometimes noise on the street or ambulances/police cars or loud music. As New Yorkers ourselves we find this neighborhood to be a very quiet one but still it’s NYC!
-We only have window A/C units between May-September and central heating set at 72 degrees the rest of the months.
- As you might be able to see from the photos there are big windows in the apartment so it gets very bright and sunny when it’s nice out so please bring a sleeping mask if you are sensitive to light (like me!). We do have curtains but it still doesn’t get pitch black.
- This studio is in an apartment building with other tenants in the other apartments so please be respectfully quiet.
-We try our best to provide you with anything you might need but if there’s something additional you need please feel free to reach out. Again, we really want you to have the best time here!
Interaction with Guests:
We're here to do anything to assure you have a wonderful stay.We live on the same building but a different floor and do our best whenever possible to warmly welcome the guests and of course help you with any questions or concerns before and during your stay !!
