A modern, quiet, comfortable guesthouse with a washer/dryer located 5 miles from IAH. Also close to Old Town Spring and I-45, just over 25 mins from downtown Houston and 15 from The Woodlands. Perfect for a weekend or mid-week getaway. Small, quiet neighborhood with a great patio space that guests are welcome to enjoy. A queen air mattress and a pack n play are also available. The guesthouse is fully separated from the main house, with a private entrance and parking for 1 regular sized vehicle.
