Please set hvac to 74 in spring and summer and 68 for fall and winter. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Proper attire is required at all times on the property. Nudity is not permitted.
Max occupancy is 2/Quiet hrs from 10pm -8am
Exterior recording cameras on pole barn and front door. Do not tamper with, damage, or block or you will be asked to leave without a refund.

We love Madison and usually stay close to town. But, we booked late and most things closer were already booked when we came upon your beautiful little cottage! Not a bad drive of 5-10 minutes and it was spotless and had great decor. We enjoyed it very much. Hot tub was great. Dave.

Anniversary get-away cottage

Can’t explain how our stay was except to say it was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Outside hot tub, garden, fire pit, swing, and the covered porch on the front was beautiful. Coming inside to a clean cozy evening watching movies. I definitely want the same place next year. Thank you so much.

Romantic, peaceful retreat

We enjoyed every minute! Everything you need is available. The house is pristine and beautifully decorated. The host even offers a romantic and outside movie package. You can tell the host takes every measure to ensure you are having a great time. The hot tub was very clean and the ambiance she's created definitely adds to the experience. The bed is extremely comfortable and we felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again!

Our stay at the Enchanted Cottage was absolutely amazing! With this property, the owner has thought about everything and so many extras. Each morning we started out with morning coffee on the private covered porch with gas fireplace and spent our evenings in the clean hot tub surrounded by beautiful outdoor lighting. We also embarked on the Fairytale Picnic option and this evening was truly magical. It was a wonderful way for us to reconnect and relax under the stars. The charcuterie board, caramel apples, and popcorn were delicious. This evening was exactly as described and even more. We highly recommend this experience and will definitely stay at this property again!!

19th Anniversary getaway

First I will start off by saying thank you for opening your home to us and making our 19th Anniversary special!!It's very peaceful, relaxing & quiet place to stay in the country.. If you want to get away from the city life & enjoy the country atmosphere you'd love this little place. The house is decorated up cute & very clean. The host (Angela) responses back in a timely manner if you have any questions or issues. She goes out of her way to make sure it a perfect!! Overall I give it a 5 we really loved & enjoyed our time together there & getting to love on the neighbors cows lol Thanks again Mr & Mrs. Maddox
