We vacation in PCB two or three times a year and I can honestly say that this condo has been our favorite of all the previous rentals. The condo is very comfortable, decorated nicely, has everything you need, and very spacious. We will definitely repeat our vacations with this condo. The property is very well maintained.

Our stay at this beautiful beach home was absolutely AMAZING! Everything made us feel right at home as soon as we walked into the front door. The condo is decorated beautifully with all of the amenities you will need. The oceanfront sunset views were absolutely breathtaking. The pool area, the grounds, and lobby were in pristine condition. Great unobstructed view of the beach , pool and great sunsets! Kitchen was well equipped and very clean. It was well furnished with ample towels. This unit is updated with amazing showers, and simply beautiful. We enjoyed and will be returning!

We have stayed at Coral Reef for many years and this was definitely one of our favorite condos to stay in. The king beds in both bedrooms and walk-in showers were very nice.We look forward to definitely staying here again.

Best Unit we have ever stayed in and we have been going to PCB for 30 years. We loved the communication with the property owners and will hopefully be able to stay here again. The unit was clean and very inviting. We loved every part of our stay especially the newly remodeled showers.

The condo was clean, had everything we needed to cook. Had enough seating in the living room. Would have been nice to have a chair in 2nd bedroom &could not plug in husband’s sleep machine beside the bed, plug in was behind headboard, hard to get to, other than those things no problem. Beds were comfortable, view was nice from balcony. Love the bracelets to get to beach, a lot better than using a #code. We would definitely rent again!

Condo was nice, this was our first time staying in 803, pictures and descriptions were just as listed. The kitchen had everything needed, Keurig coffee maker and air fryer were an added convenience. Property owner made reservations and check in easy. See less

The property looked just as listed. Nicely decorated. I liked the fact that both bedrooms had king size beds. The kitchen had everything you needed . I liked that there was an air fryer furnished . I love the location . Check in was easy. Key code sent via email a couple days before check in. Thank you Jim and Sharon for letting us use your property for our vacation!

Best Vacay Location EVER!

My family and I had the best vacation here! This is our second booking at this location and we’re just in love with the place. Such a perfect location and the beach access is so easy and not far. Very close to St. Andrews state park and everything else you need. The condo has several appliances / cookware which made staying in and cooking a breeze. The condo is very cozy and has comfortable beds / couches. We saw several dolphins and even a manta ray just sitting on the balcony. Mr. Cross was great with communicating and responding back very quickly when we had any questions. This is our new vacation spot and we look forward to our future vacations here. Truly an amazing place.
