Wonderful property in a beautiful historic neighborhood. There was plenty of space and the pool area is well-stocked with towels and toys. The outdoor sitting area and yard is larger than it appeared in the photos, so there was room for outdoor activities as well!

Pool was fantastic. Host was very responsive and fast with answers and solutions. Dining table was big enough for our whole family of twelve. Kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils, dishes, and cookware. House was older and needs some sprucing up but clean and sufficient. We would book this place again!

This house was very nice. The pool area was the biggest hit for the family. Love the size of pool, the easy in and easy out in the shallow end. There are plenty pool toys and towels supplied. Hot tub was very relaxing. Kitchen and bathrooms have plenty of supplies.
Granddaughter and her Uncle enjoying the pool.

This place is absolutely amazing! So clean, so welcoming, and so unique and fun! The children raging in ages from baby to 12 years old had everything they needed and will never forget this vacation! There are not one but two pack and plays so the baby and the toddler’s parents did not have to pack their in already full vehicles or set them up and take them down which made arrival and leaving so much easier! The swimming pool had a little swim raft for the six month old and water squirters, floaties, swim toys and plenty of beach towels. The hot tub was big enough for several people to sit in and talk, and the temperature was adjustable. The children had so much fun exploring the house and excitedly calling to the parents to “Come look at this!”The large attic bedroom has two closets that have a window and a window seat so this grandma now has happy memories of sitting in a little cozy secret room reading books with my grandchildren and playing hide and seek up and down all three levels. There are two refrigerators, and there are two ovens! With multiple families bringing coolers of food we really appreciated that! The appliances are state-of-the-art- the fridge talks and plays music! The beds and pillows are clearly updated because they are quite comfortable. The enormous and comfortable sofa fit our whole group in a format that allowed conversation and laughter to flow easily all around while the children sat in the middle coloring around the large coffee table.

Thanks so much for your kind words! I’m thrilled our house provided everything your family needed, from the pack-n-plays and swim toys to cozy hide-and-seek spots and comfy gathering spaces. It was a pleasure hosting you all, and I’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Check in was easy as we just inputted the code to the front door and walked in! Kitchen was awesome! We used the fridge speaker quite a bit. Pool, hot tub, bedrooms, bathrooms and common spaces were all clean and tidy. The living and dining room were spacious for myself and six groomsmen to game on the tv and table. We did have some issues with the tv disconnecting and reconnecting at times. A great place to stay!

We had a great time with our family and got lots of use out of the pool and we also brought our bikes and went to the nearby park. The neighborhood is gorgeous! The only disappointment about our stay was that there was no hot water in the house, so we were unable to bathe us or our children. Not a horrible deal for us for two nights, but it would have been nice to know beforehand.
