We enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but very functional and well-stocked. There were 2 of us, so we ate any meals in at the little table in the family room or on the back patio. Everything about the house was well thought-out for functionality and relaxation. I was working remotely so used the second common area in the basement as my office for the week. It was great! We hope to come back again!

A lovely place to stay. The den in the basement was a perfect place for us to hang out with our infant while others were asleep. It was nice to have multiple common areas (living room, basement, backyard) where family members could rest and reset with a little space :) - as well as two bathrooms that both had showers. Very comfortable.Check in and check out was super easy!

Coming from the hustle and bustle of chaotic Cleveland city life, this little sanctuary provides the peace, rest and harmony that was MUCH needed for my spirit to unwind. From the smell walking in, to all the little quaint charming details, this was a magical little oasis that provided so much fun and catching up. I was in love truly with the house and the yard and will most definitely be coming back for all my stays In Grand Island. Thank you so much for having us :)

Overall stay was good and clean. Only complaint was that the fridge was dirty inside and had not been wiped down. There were spots with purple jelly and a few spots from other unknown food/drinks.

Thank you for the feedback. I take a lot of pride in providing an immaculately clean place for all guests. This is not a reflection of a typical finding and I apologize.

This was our first VRBO & if all are like this house we will do it again. Staying in a home, away from the “hotel noises” made our stay a pleasant one. We came to celebrate an elderly relative’s birthday & hope we can stay in this house again in the future. The house was modernized & tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed
